Pebble Mountain Properties were given our property which had spent some months on a slow market. Within just 10 x days of Vince taking over we have our new tenant in residence. We were a bit apprehsive as we were given the news halfway through our tenancy that the management would change hands to Pebble Mountain. As the last managing agent was excellent, and we have used letting agents in the past who should be struck off. However, Vince was an excellent managing agent throughout the tenancy. Any issues we had were dealt with promptly. Our deposit was given back in full - other letting agents in the past have added absolutely unnecessary charges at check out. We would certainly use Pebble Mountain again.
Within 6 weeks of my initial meeting with Vince he had my property up to letting standards, marketed and 2 tenants moved in. Throughout he was open, honest and communicated well- constantly keeping me updated on any progress that he had made.
